Kate Williams is the proprietor of the firm and a Principal Lawyer with over two decades of experience, primarily in medical and professional negligence matters. Kate has been an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law since 2002 and, prior to her admission as a lawyer in 1995, she was a critical care and emergency nurse for over a decade.
Kate was a Medical Law Practice Group Leader at Slater & Gordon Lawyers until October 2018. She began her Medical Law Consultancy in November 2018. On 19 November 2018 she commenced as a Consultant Lawyer at Don Cameron & Associates both in Sydney and Albury, in addition to her private consulting practice.
Kate combines her clinical knowledge as a nurse with her legal knowledge to interpret complicated medical negligence issues and present them in a way which is clear and beneficial to her clients. Kate’s experience, knowledge and demeanour has allowed her to form positive relationships with medical and legal professionals in order to identify the best experts and strategies to win.
